The clinic is located in Sevendale House, 5-7 Dale Street, in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter. The clinic is accessible by lift to the basement floor, with stair access also available.

In-clinic sessions allow for a comprehensive hands-on assessment and treatment. Khuram uses a combination of manual therapy, progressive exercise rehabilitation, and clinical education, an approach supported by clinical guidelines as the most effective model for most musculoskeletal conditions. The aim is to address the root cause, not just the symptoms, and to give you the tools to maintain your progress independently.

Patients also have direct access to elite-level gym equipment on site, including professional-grade strength and conditioning kit, so rehabilitation can be progressed from initial recovery all the way through to a full return to sport or activity, all under expert supervision.

What to expect:

  • Thorough subjective and objective assessment
  • Clinical diagnosis and explanation
  • Hands-on manual therapy
  • Personalised exercise programme
  • Access to elite-level gym equipment
  • Ongoing review and progression

Treatment FAQs

Initial assessment appointments typically last 45–60 minutes. This allows time for a thorough history-taking, physical assessment, diagnosis, and the start of treatment. Follow-up appointments are usually 30–45 minutes.
The number of sessions depends on the nature and severity of your condition. Simple acute injuries often need fewer sessions than complex or chronic conditions, which may require a longer programme. Khuram will give you a realistic, honest prognosis after your initial assessment, so you know what to expect from the start.
Wear or bring comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated. If you have any relevant medical notes, imaging reports (X-rays, MRI scans), or a GP referral letter, please bring these along.
No, you do not need a GP referral to see a physiotherapist. You can self-refer directly to Full Motion Physio. However, if you have a GP referral letter or relevant medical documentation, please bring it to your appointment. If you require a medical referral letter from us (e.g. for onward referral to a consultant or imaging), this is available on request for £20.
