Cancellations: please give us 24 hours' notice
We completely understand that plans change, and rearranging is no problem at all. All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Do that, and your deposit is fully refunded or simply carried over to your new booking.
If we are given less than 24 hours' notice, we are sorry but the deposit cannot be refunded. A last-minute cancellation usually means the appointment goes unfilled when someone else could have used it. Thank you for understanding, it genuinely helps us look after everyone.
Using private health insurance?
Full Motion Physio is recognised by all major UK health insurers. If you have a policy with AXA Health, Bupa, Aviva, Simplyhealth, Medicash, or another provider, your treatment may be covered in full.
Please contact your insurer for an authorisation code before booking, and we will invoice them directly where possible. If you have any questions about your cover, get in touch and we will be happy to help.
Please note that your treatment times will vary depending on your insurer and their payout terms.
Our 24 hours' notice policy applies to insured patients too. If we do not receive at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange, your insurer will be invoiced for the session on the day, whether or not the appointment goes ahead, as the appointment time has been reserved for you. Letting us know in good time means there is nothing to pay.
